Official Turbo LSJ thread!!!
I have 10,000 miles on my aem 50-1000. 9000 of that was e85 only. Pump works fine. It has a billet hard anodized impeller to fight corrosion and sealed bearings. I wouldn't doubt that the new one C 130 found is any different just says its rated for 85 and has been tested.
lol, that is why I said its green so you know its good to go.
They probably just tested it for ethanol and changed the color. Bam 20 dollars more expensive. But for me thats enough for me to buy the green one.

Yep. Aem makes some of the best stuff. I couldnt see them not staying with how the industry has gone. Im seeing more and more older cars comverting cuz race gas is to expencive. Its kinda strange to see a 69 Camaro with the yellow handle sticking out of the fill tube. U know not to mess with him lol.
My luck the only e85 station within 100 miles of me is the same station every police car gets there fuel and with my car as loud as it is its kinda scary. Lol
Im working on comverting my camaro over to e85. It has 18:1 compression so high octain is required.

Good find C130. Appreciate it. Ill most likely go with that e85 rated pump. According to the graph. Its good for over 600hp on E. Ill swap my pump first and data log to see how my idc'S are
people need to keep in mind, most of you are on a returnless system. this drops the max power as you're limited by a static fuel pressure and volume. if you keep going up in injector size without doing something with the rest of the fuel system, you're pissing on your own feet.
nope, the efficiency of a turbo can be based on many different things, head, ports, exhaust, blah blah. But no matter where you are the power is going to be similar. SO if your turbo is more than a 20g you may be at 18 psi and flow much more air and run out of fuel, but you will still probably be around the 420 whp mark.
Random question but im seriously thinking about doing this... First can you transport ethanol? What im thinking about doing is converting to e85
there are a few stations bout an hour away... Do yall think it would be worth it to do this?

If you could afford to buy it in drum fulls or like fuel oil is stored. Yeah. The better thing if you are on a budget is to have two tunes one for E and one for 93. Just dont forget to turn down your boost controller or POP. Run the E when you can cart back enough every once in a while.
