Very awesome. What tires do you run? And plans for radials to hold it down?

BFG SportComp2 255/40-17. Like any summer tire they're hard as a rock and don't grip worth crap when it's this cold.
When it's over 60* they actually do really well, especially with a small warmup.
I really don't WANT to run a dr unless I have to. And even then it would be only at the track.
I have most of powell's suspension parts. I love carving corners. And a drag radial would kiss that goodbye lol

A little update on my non-ic setup: ambient 20* starting iat2 40* at the end of a 2-3-4 pull iat2 was only 75*
Things are looking good

And just to clarify, that was NOT a nls. Just a normal quick granny shift. Just close your eyes and listen lol. Takes what 0.1 seconds to rebuild boost?

ive seen custom piping work with saab manifold, any fab shop can do it , its just usually cheaper to purchase intercooler piping that fits, ZZP can buy the piping bent and shaped in bulk and therefore cheaper than what you can do for just 1 set of piping

this is where you screwed up, if you are piecing together a kit you need to have a working understanding of turbo systems. If you have to ask the question you asked then it would be far better for you in the end to buy a complete kit.

There is no such thing as a routing diagram for a custom setup, it is all in how you address the way you would like to route it.

Was being a bit of a wise-ass lol

But really, when it comes to a custom setup, anything is possible. To use a Saab IM with an fmic you will have to have at least 1 180* and a mess of 90's.
I used to work for Roto-Fab and know how much that crap hurts flow. One of the things I hate most about pieces together pipes made from a pack of tight pre bends.
At least zzp has a cnc bender and can make the bend radius as large as possible for each turn.

Opinions on lsj turbo. I ran a 5531 and made decent power. My question, should I run a 6262 or 6266. Mods will be as follows.

Gen 3 Block
K1 Rods
Diamond Pistons
ATI UD Damper
ZZP Neutral Shafts
Supertech intake and exhaust valves
ZZP 82# springs with titanium retainers
LSJ Turbo Stage 3 cams
80# injectors
Step 2 colder plugs

Looking to rev to 8k. Looking for 5s. Any guess on power for a 6262 or 6266?

5862 or 6262. Both will do 5s. No need for a donkey dick turbo if you aren't gonna really use it, it'll just hurt your spool time. 6262 could put you 700+

Exactly. Sl0wlsj weren't you on a .48 also? Made very good numbers versus your boost level.
If you're only looking to break 5's is recommend the 5862. Comparable to a middle ground between an s256 and s262.

Yeah I was on a .48. And I wanna break mid 5s atleast. Hoping for 6. Say ths 5862 would be the best for this?

Or guess I should ask, would the 6262 with my mods support over 600?

Iirc 340 at 19# on pump 93.

That's good. That's really good for a snail that size and pump. Makes me even more excited.

Yes the 6262 will get over 600 easy, but it may be more than you need, and have unnecessary lag. I think the 5862 would suit your goals perfectly.
