Got a question. Recently swapped over to turbo. Using the k04, (i'll explain why in a minute dont bash just yet) I ran my PCV line to my intake and the brake booster line to the cold side after my MAF. Brakes are stiff as hell. Did i run the lines wrong or what is the issue?

Reasoning for k04: Ii didnt choose this turbo for the power it makes, i chose this turbo for the manifold. I will be running the k04 to work out possible kinks and bumps in the road i may have until i can save of for the ZZP EFR. Why should the LNF's have all the fun with that beauty?

Are there people running full E85 with 80lbs, return style fuel system and I have the aero motive 340 pump. I have fully built motor and ported head with cams.

I haven't tried E85 yet with this set up cause I see everyone switching to 1000 cc injectors so I'm not sure if my fuel will support 24 psi

Or anyone know??

That's a sneaky way of putting your boost level in there

Yeah the 80's will be fine at moderate boost with a return line.

His setup is not even at 80% IDC right now, on 25psi and still being slightly rich. Leaned out properly and revving to 7400 it's probably still under 75%.

I'm on 80's and rsfs on e85. With the s256et on 27psi and my AFR floating around 12.1 @ wot my idc's were in the low 90's
So yes you should be able to.

Thanks for the replies. I didn't want to put e85 in and it not flow enough. I'll give it a try once I fix my suspension.

The brake booster line has to be connected to vacuum, meaning that it has to be after the throttle plate.

First question is where can i tap the block to get rid of Hahns oil solution.
are your referring to feed or return? feed comes from a galley plug that runs along the block just above the water pipe. return can be in various places. I suggest looking at ZZP install instructions. It outlines a few places that would be great for a tap and install.

Yes, for the return, zzp welds a bung into the oilpan, what does the lnf do with oil return?

LNF already has a return port in the lower section of the block.

The boss is there on all of the blocks. It is just machined on the Saab turbos and LNFs.

does zzp have a solution for this other than the oil pan you sell with your swapped lsj kits?

If we are building a motor we can machine the hole in the block or drill and tap it. Otherwise, we just swap the pan.

Nope. It took me a while with my car. It's running good but someone hit me a few weeks back and did some damage to my strut and knuckle. And I've Been so busy with work.

If you need help with it, let me know! I heard about your issue, that sucks.

drill and tap, not difficult and better than a core charge

I like zzp stuff, but you are right. I have tap and die sets for small electronics but nothing big. Going to have to look into this. Gonna just get the kit on first though. I am already 1800 bucks into this...
