I know it is "fun" to throw stuff like this out there but there are other people reading this thread who don't have a clue what they are talking about and are going to run around telling people "they know they can run 30* of timing on E85." So try to be a little more careful.

I run 50* of timing on E85 is anyone is interested. Under cruise...
LOL... Your such a lame Eric :P

Hows that WI cheese?

I dont get it there is a TC on a 5557 on E that ran slower than i did and he was on slicks as well. These guys need to learn to drive hes around 450whp
Ugh dont get me started on Cody's car We tuned it on 23lbs here with our 91 having no ethanol in it and a 60/40 E/91 mix. The car made 401whp on a dyno dynamics. On 23lbs it would break up just a little up top and hit 42% IDC (LNF remember) and pop a low rail pressure code at times. Our remedy: Turn it down to 22 lbs for the time being and order a 5th injector. Well that didnt happen, so when he went to ohio he filled the normal 60/40 mix but their gas there has 10% ethanol in it, and on top of that he turned the boost up to 25lbs and just maxed out the fuel system south of 6000 rpms. He would get halfway through the gear and have to shift to the next gear already. He ran the 12.6 @116 with a 2.1 60' then turned up the boost and started running slower and slower because of what I mentioned above. He even got a 1.8 60' once and ran a 12.8 coasting in 4th. I told him to quit beating on it and let us either go back to E30 or get the 5th injector. He hasnt decided if he wants to yet or sell the car :/

Hey guys, as some know im building my car and re did all of the body and have been doing some motorwork and want to strap the TVS on it.

Heres a list of my current mods

-2.7" Puller
-Dual Pass w/ Opt B
-ZZP H/E
-Vibrant Header DP Combo
-Magnaflow Catback
-Fujita CAI
-Ingalls Stiffy
-Stage 2 Belt
-Prothane tranny mounts
-Tune by BCP
-Spec Stage 2+ clutch
-Fidanza Flywheel
-Hurst STS
-NGK 2 step colder plugs
-60# Injectors
-AEM Wideband
-Interceptor

My question is, besides tuning which is obvious to be done, and the LS4 TB, what else has to be or should be done to get the best performance out of the car, remember this car isnt my daily driver and its driven maybe 2,000 miles a year if that, i still have yet to put a mile on it since Oct 2011. Someone help me out because i really wanna get the car into great shape with some more performance and really give it a kick when i bring her back out the garage and show it off. I also rather not do too much to the internals but i will if i have to, my girlfriends father is a real good GM mechanic and will handle that for me. Thanks guys

Run E85 or meth. TVS loves timing. If you wanted to get into internals a ported head is a nice touch also.

Dam what i really didn't wanna do was take the head off, who offers port and polish on css.net? anywhere semi close to Southern NY? If i take the head off might as well do the rest of the internals as well then, just makes sense.

ull want to up ur injectors to 80's

the advantage for u to up ur injectors is jus leaving u room to grow...added safety
