I don't have the Tensioner... just the bracket that it attaches to. But you're more than welcome to it.

^on 10psi

^dyno video
3" pulley(+)a lot of knock
156whp@ 4.5K RPM
220.8wtrq@2.3k RPM

vince actually found out the reason why it was acting to ******* retarded that day was bc ecm was retarding timing like a bitch, which wa cause from knock due to injectors being maxed out :p the dyno guy tried to push the car as far in the RPMs as he could, before he said it wouldnt go up anymore....i still need to redyno now that i have the 2.8" pulley, but im waiting for a new clutch, the stocker slips like crazy when i go WOT, hell even 60% throttle is too much for it now

1/4 times:
14.5@98mph:
60': 2.3
-shitty tires
-slipping clutch
-lack of practice, no seriosuly, my first run was a 15.0, and i thought i did good, my last run was a 14.8 and i missed a gear too :p but i averaged a few 14.5's going between 97-98mph...which suck bc the last run i launched really good, missed 3rd, and still pulled off a 14.8....

4) No fuel pump fuse under hood to connect the power for IC pump, have to use injector fuse or similar

Umm, thats all I can think of off the top of my head. Really the biggest issue is the engine mount...caused much delay in my install since I didn't have one.

Im looking forward to seeing what numbers ur car puts down JN2. Your build was clean as hell man. Nice job. I really wanted to supercharge my old 2.2 but i started pushing it too hard with the timing plus the nitrous, and **** didnt end well. Well in the long run it did, cause my new car is AMAZING. But it still would have been fun to supercharge my old car.

I should be picking my kit up this weekend. Getting 60# injectors, 3" pully, and one stage colder NGK iridium plugs. Going up to pittsburgh weekend after so the weekend after that the 20th i should be putting the kit on. going to make sure i have everything together so no need to wait and buy more parts. I know im going to need the 6-8 pin TB adaptor since im 07 going to a lsj throttle body. working with some locals to hook me up a tune.

HEY FONZI you spelled my name wrong lol

well i was the first supercharged sedan 2.2l

2.9 pulley, 60 lb injectors, dual pass, option b, dual h/e, zzp shorty headers, 2.5inch catback, ported and polished supercharger, k&n intake, and thats it i can think of.

I'm pushing constant 253 hp but toped it at 260hp once.

and here is my build thread https://www.cobaltss.net/forums/2-2l-l61-performance-tech-45/tell-your-grandma%2A%2A%2A%2A%2A%2A-its-supercharged-sedan%2A%2A%2A%2A%2A%2A%2A-156684/

What are the spark plugs you all are running? I went to auto zone with a model number for Iridiums. they were ltr5IX-11 i think. They guy there looked dumb founded that i was getting number 5 spark plugs when i should be getting 6 cause they were a stage colder. looked on my phone for about 20 mins and some people were doing the ltr5IX's and some were doing ltr7IX (two stage colder). those peopel are probably running over 15 psi though.
What gap on the spark plugs do you all have em at? seen a post somewhere, dont know where T.T, that 3" pully should be .045. just making sure
