Nope...I'm in stock pulley..with a 3" I would see 220whp, and that's about 15psi

Also I think my headgasket may be blown...my coolant is magically dissappearing, along with the overheating issues I've been having since day 1...I think

-finished build
-started tuning
-coolant hit 240*+ during wot pull(upper radiator hose came off)

I think after that hose came off during tuning and us bit knowing and doubt wot pulls...so far no knock...no signs of engine damage...just coolant dissappearing, a engine that won't stay cool, and a possible bad gasket...I'll be checking the top of each piston and pray to see carbon build up...not a shiny top of the piston

No he mentioned that we needed M8x1.25x130 for the alternator in the same post. Oh well. No one wants to answer the question so I'll just have to wait till install day and figure it out.

answered u twice...the 2 manifold bolts on the bottom r

M6x1.0 75mm

The m6x1.0 is my guess, I know it's m6, the treading is the same as a throttle body bolt, so go to Autozone, pop ur hood, remove 1 throttle bolt, go inside, find out the treading on the bolt, than get the exact one but in 75mm(u will order it, Autozone probably won't have it) but the point is now u have ur size, and I told u the lenght is 75mm

Also found another problem, my intercooling system was flowing air thru it, a lot of it, I managed to pour about 80oz of water into it tonight, I know bc I used 5 20oz bottles, and some spilled so about 80...I could tell bc as I started filling it with the pump pumping I could hear it when it touched the hot manifold and after a while I got it filled, well now when the pump is on I can hear water plumbing thru, before I would hear the pump only...so this whole time I was blowing useless hot air inside the engine...

the interceptor gauge has a bhp estimate based on MAF readings. its not the most accurate thing in the world, but all i have to go by at the moment

Thanks, I figured as such. You mentioned the sizes, but not where they went. It is M6x1.0. I am just trying to get all of my bolts ahead of time, no big deal.

It's a universal hose, go to Autozone tell them u need a universal radiator hose, desveude it as a straight hose with bendy things, yes sounds retarded but they'll know what u mean, measure to make sure it 1.5" in/out after that get on that a good hmmm...2ft, than trim it to fit, ps if you trim it clip the metal spring on the inside so when u clamp it it doesn't clamp the spring...

I am wondering if it is because the aftermarket hose is not formed the same as stock? I will find out when I do mine soon.

instead of usin the same hose clamp that stock has thats clamps on. use the clamps that you screw on tight. so than u know it will hold it right.

He used a screw on clamp (proper name? hose clamp?) it took two to hold on the hose to the radiator and the block each. we dumped coolant on the ground on more than one occasion...
