This has been discussed in this thread. It is better to get less boost from the same size pulley. That means he has a less restrictive intake/exhaust setup.

That means you suck!

im not getting your comment, we dont have the same pulley

and a more restrictive setup would boost more hence restricting the blower,

I miss understood what you were saying. It sounded like you were saying you both had the same setup and pulley. Reading > me. lol

The reason why your psi is different then his is displacement. I always wondered why GM didn't boost the LE5. That is a nice engine.

I hope I don't get 10 - 11 with the 3.0 pulley. No big deal. I will just have to get another!

Thanks for the info, I will be ordering the booster hose in the AM.
Maybe.....but the big difference between 08 and 09 isnt the manifold, its the master cylinder and booster assembly itself......

Well, yes it has a new manifold, which is where the extra HP came from. I will have to look at the part numbers for the master cylinder and booster.

oil temp: 220*f
coolant temp: 220-230*f
rev limiter: 7k

if anyone can tell, the exhaust is a lot quieter, got to say, that OBX muffler did its job, absolutly love the tone of the exhaust nowhere you go guys
