Good idea on the hose clamps stenguyen1. Will have to get some for the LSJ hose I bought.

I got a polished 3.0 pulley ready to put on.

what length did you guys get on the flex hose?

2ft is way too long and there is only about 3 inches or so on each side of that hose that can be cut

you can cut more, measure what u need, use some pliers and grab the spring and pull it out to how ever much u need to cut off, than pull it out about 3" more...than use some wire cutters and cut the spring, after that, use the plier to push the spring back inside the hose...

yeah I didnt wanna do that...only the ends of that hose are designed to be clamps onto something so I was trying to cut anything ribbed on that hose.

just ended up getting a shorter one around 1.5ft and trimming that to fit. worked much better...

I need some help on the hose routing setup for the IC system. I cannot find a diagram anywhere?

I have an extra coolant tank and the ZZP H/E which doesn't have a small nipple on it. What am I to do?

Thank you for taking the time to make a diagram. I had panic so I decided to overnight the stock SC tank setup. I wish I would have seen this before i did that lol. Oh well, it will look even more factory now.

at the beggining i bought a replacement ss/sc sc sensor, but now i just have a bolt in it...ill try and find a pic...the best route is to use another MAP sensor, which was like 34.99 at autozone, but thats a lot to spend for a sensor that wont do jack, soi just put a bolt thru it, used the rubber gllove thing from the map sensor on the bolt to make a good seal and prevent a leak...the bolt isnt threaded in just pushed in, and friction from the rubber glove thing holds it on...by glove i mean that orange thing the MAP nipple has...

Current method of plugging

previous method:

first method: used a aluminum piece to push down a cut piece of hose to plug the hole
