Aha!

So all bolts are M8x1.25?

Looks like you can't get the longer bolts in Grade 10.9...8.8 should be all right? Did you get standard bolts, not the full thread ones?

You used 2 120mm long and 1 130mm long bolts? All 3 for the alternator?

What did you do for the Intake Manifold, did you locate studs?

100mm is about right, i put 2 back to 80mm bolts and they lines up perfectly, so the extra 20mm will thread into the head...once my stuff arrives later i will know what bolts i still need

yea must of all these bolts are the same size. but the length are different. you can always find small or short bolts at home depot.

i went with the 120 just because i didnt know how deep the threads went into the block. i was worried if i got 130mm bolts, there might be a couple mm's sticking out. I also got uber strong bolts too

All other bolts aren't 120/130mm long, so I should be able to get those at the parts stores...

Man...finding the tensioner, idler and alternator bracket is hard w/o buying new!

Cool! Thanks for the update on those. I'll get those as well.

Do 130s fit in each hole for the alternator?

Holy heck you guys are really helpful. I'm starting to get the parts together to do my 2009 Pontiac G5 GT. Can I ask questions and get help too??

Also, I'm going to sponsor this site as I run my own GM Parts Business and will be happy to assist others as well.

I read this yesterday. Does the Cavalier harness work with the Bosch injectors?

Just ordered my 130mm and 110mm bolts. When it gets close to building the car, I'll get the "regular" M8x1.25 bolts.

Besides the intake manifold bolts (except for the two long ones I bought), are there any other bolts I can reuse? I remember the idler reusing stock bolts?
