Sentry's Turbo Build Thread Extravaganza!
Yep it was a 3/8". Fit like a charm.
Everything is all done now, I'll post pics tomorrow. Super tired.
Maybe tomorrow I can fire it up. I went ahead and put a breather filter on.

I'm taking it tomorrow morning to have that piece made and welded into my zzp dp.
thats how i started mine and i drove around with no exhaust for the first 2 weeks...have you seen the video of when i first did mine
you wont have back pressure so if your trying to up a hill or something...the car is going to feel like it goes into limp mode but it will eventually go up....other than that you should be fine

no my front o2 sensor was connected....my turbo has a down pipe not really a downpipe but like a flange pipe you can say connection so that before it hooks up to the flex pipe it has 2 sensor bungs...one i use for my wideband and the other for the stock....the one that was not reading correctly was the one after the cat...but i really dont care about tha one
whats up with the videos and a few pulls? are u still tuning?

Probably be tonight when I can start it, and I gotta borrow a friend's camera.
Now time to jump start it, and load the tune! After lunch a tow truck is bringing it to the shop.
Good News: Well, I drove up to the exhaust shop after they towed it away. Surprisingly, the guy said it would be no problem, he even hooked me up with studs and locktite nuts for the dump flange. Tow was $45, not bad at all even though they almost scraped my intercooler.
He's totally going to chop up my zzp downpipe though.
Bad News: He's not going to be able to finish it today. Gotta keep it in the shop til' tomorrow morning when he can finish. Sucks, but that's how the world goes. No vids til tomorrow.
Honestly your local exhaust shop should have no problem doing it. There's plenty of room to work.

Remember the downpipe comes up to where the old headers were. And since the turbo is so big it's too close to make it bolt up. He's just going to cut my dp in half, right in front of the rear 02.
