Well go to any auto store and buytis thing called a "add a fuse" or similar. It mae it so that it has its own fuse so u wont blow one of ur main fuses from overloading it.. real simple..
http://store.42draftdesigns.com/asse...-a-circuit.jpg
http://images.google.com/images?hl=e...-8&sa=N&tab=wi
look at that link from goole.
Basically u just put the fusein that u r replacing then an extra to power the pump. Then put it in where ever u took out the fuse. the =n connect ur pump to it.

ya, but what im thinking is this, does your intake manifold somewhat touch your solenoid at all like even burr it? because i think mine does and my ground wire down where the alternator is at is still in the same bolt hole that it was bolted in when the car was made. so what im thinking is if my manifold is barely touching that solenoid and the ground is in the same place that it was earlier and its connected to the bracket which touches the manifold... thats a spark right there when i try to plug the battery back on because the circuit is com, plete. im thinking thats it because i should have done this...http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d1...ller89/108.jpg and moved the ground to the other side where its not touching the manifold at all? but thats the only thing i can think of

Yeah try it.. I left mine there but turned it so that it wasnt touching anything. And what do u mean by its touching the solenoid?

like theres a little red rubber wire that is a positive charged wire connected to the solenoid and the manifold is sitting on it

and so yours is still in the same place? because all the ground is touching is the bracket and motor. but nothing else... any other ideas maybe?

Yeah dude i am stumped.. I would go over the wiring and make sure everything is grounded right.
And make sure nothing is touching the bat or cables.

does it get hot with the car off?

Yeah just a local dealer man.. Yeah bought there dealer package and tune all for around 400.. Was worth it..'
and well u gotta get a 15 mm wrench and put it on the groove on the top of the tensioner and push down and back towards the back of the car and then slide the belt on. and i would advise ya to put something over that lil groove to avaid the metal to metal contact and to prevent from like stipping it or something
