ZZP based their design of the "Stealth" on the Griffin.

Very interesting, thankyou sir! Probably couldn't find it cuz I was spelling it wrong all this time...

Monieg5gt; you will need to acquire LSJ HE brackets to mount the Griffin. It has the same mounting tabs as the LSJ HE. Might still be able to find them off ebay used, I can also dig up a template JDbaugh1 provided me to make your own.

I think the tubes on the Griffin would still need to be bent a little down, just like the OEM LSJ HE on our cars, because on our 2.2/2.4, traditionally at least, we install the HE at the front of our RAD stack so those tubes need to clear a condenser and Rad+fan. On an LSJ, the HE is in-between the condenser and Rad, ie the tubes only need to clear the bottom of the rad+fan...

However less superior in cooling, the stealth comes with it's own brackets and clears everything just fine. The tubes don't need to be "bent" but very little pressure guiding it through and under everything....

So this is just what I cut off the Rad Fan, Hard to see in the picture, Green is just the "web" of the rad fan module shell/casing. In red is a branch I cut off. Otherwise the hoses would be pushing on the Rad fan and made getting everything on with no kinks so much easier. The hose is still a good inch away from the fan blades....
Like that the hoses are right up against the AC line lol
Slapped some more hoses on after and I think it's safe to say my Option B is functioning properly again. New core seals may have contributed but ultimately flowing through the stealth in reverse is what stopped the funky behavior./

Got the car moving today, my new bolts came in last night... Will slap the 2.7" pulley on when the ported m62 housing gets here.
Thinking of adding a return style fuel system... would I just need the OTTP kit, an LSJ fuel rail and their Short billet line? if anyone's reading this and did it to their LE5/LAP/L61...

That's good brotha. Let me know how she feels once its all done. I would send Chevygirl a PM she is very helpful and auto like us. Now speaking of auto lol. So I did my wheel bearing a few weeks back on my driver side everything went in good no issues. I did a oil change today and threw in Marvel Mystery Oil and 4 quartz of Penzoil Platinum( I wanted Ultra but it was not on sale and was regular price at over $65 dollars at Crappy tire), plus I replaced my rear evap sensor and cleared the codes. Anyway I took it for a drive after that and I noticed pretty much immediately I was down on power and then not even 5 minutes into my freaking drive the T/C light came back on and service traction message. I was soo freaking pissed off I turn into my local grocery store turned the car off for like 10 minutes then turned it back and light came right back on. Also its hard shifting again as well and like I said feels like its in limp mode with very low throttle response. Brotha i'm almost at my breaking point with this car. I feel like buying a new/used ecu and tcm and go back to stockfor now until I get it tuned for the supercharger that is if I make it that far because i'm pretty frustrated today. And ofcourse this little like 18 punk in a civic si screams out his window as i'm limping home "**** your g5". I was soo pissed I wanted to murder that little bastard. Anyway any suggestions other than replacing the tcm with another stock one will be greatly appreciated! Like I said before car life never ends for bad or worse lol

you don’t really need that with an m62. You won’t until a tvs or turbo.

Haha I kinda like that AC line, it's my poor man's 'killer chiller.' It's also supporting a very small fraction of the manifold/supercharger weight.. But yeah clear as day with all those nicks on it.... it's a bit of an obstacle..

That's a head scratcher forsure.. hmmm I would say, fire that girl up, if the light is on, drive straight to a dealer/ shop, get someone to see if there are any codes accompanying the T/C light.
Otherwise, IDK... Maybe get under the car, unplug both front ABS sensors, rear's too if its rear disk, visually inspect the terminals for corrosion and plug em all back in. Maybe one ABS connector isn't 100% plugged in.
Can't recall if you ever tried unplugging the battery to do a "rest." Lastly I'd start looking at ground wires. I'm pretty sure the TCM main ground is in front of your PCM/TCM stack, maybe 6-10 inches down. Even if it looks good, disconnect it, clean it, put it back on.

Other than that, get under the car, visually inspect the trans, look for an ATF leak.. and if all else fails, you could check the trans fluid level?
Check ABS fuses, TCM fuses, maybe even passlock fuses. Another thing possibly, open up the center console of your car, make sure nothing has fallen down into the shifter area, maybe a penny or something has fallen down in and is causing a fritz. There's a blue wire that runs from the E-brake forward (ebrake signal) and some kind of module between the e-brake and shifter, not sure what it does.... but that's about all I got dude

Truly feel that man. If it is Evap related tho, you can turn all that stuff in your tune and other crap like downstream O2....

Does your anti theft light come on and stay on after start up maybe ?

Tks Brotha, decided to just take a few days off of trying to fix it and decided to take it down to my local shop. See what they can do for me. You know what its like putting all your effort and money into these cars and then when major problems happen and you can't figure out the problem you just wanna blow the car up and give up. Just decided i'm staying out my garage for a few days until I drop the car down on Friday to the shop. Plus my ex and I have been arguing over money again aka she wants more when I can't afford to give what I give now for child support. Its just everything all at once brotha. Life can be really crappy at times. All I want it to get this build done and enjoy my car this summer. I really don't think its too much to ask.

Let me know how it goes! Hopefully it's something cheap man!

Look like I have one of the few M62's that needs it's snout machined to fit a 2.7" pulley

Housing swap was really straight forward, set of vice grips came in handy, few spots were you can clamp the snout to the middle plate, no chance of leaking any oil..

Hey brotha finally got the additional parts I needed. They finally came today which included new maf, front 02 sensor, and vvt soleoids. When the other parts didn't end up showing up last week I got pissed off and cancelled my apt with my local shop as I wanted to install those parts before they looked at the car. I'm going to drop the car off later this week and install the other parts I got today myself the night before and drop the car like this Friday in the morning. See how things go after that. i'm trying to stay positive the issue will be sorted out soon. Give ya an update once its all done brotha.

Yeah keep me posted on how you like the ported blower and how much extra hp you think you gained from it. Now I thought it was 2.7 pulley was the limit and anything lower needed the snout cleaned up for extra space. Yeah atleast you found out right away instead of having an issue when its on the car and potentially doing major damage.

Yup plus with your ls4 tb and 3 inch intake it should sound crazy under wot on the highway brotha. Did you fix the snout issue?

No, I re mounted the 2.9" pulley. I'll have to buy a snout machining tool, possibly borrow a pulley puller from work and get it done some day or invest in a pulley puller myself....
I also noticed with the supercharger spacer , the dowel pins aren't long enough to hold the gasket in position over the spacer.. So I think Once I do get my snout machined, I'll just silicone the spacer to the supercharger.

I should've taken a picture of my snout, It's actually not even circular, more like an oval. 2.8" pulley fits, 2.7" rubs on the right side

Yeah I think once you get the 2.9 off and shave the snout down it wont be a problem brotha. So in your opinion butt dyno numbers with the ported blower you think 10 to 15 extra whp in the mid to high range?

hard to say.. I did change a few things on my tune this morning..
butt dyno says 25-30whp. In reality it’s probably between 10-15.
Kinda feels like 3 degrees of timing was added across the table, that’s probably the best I can describe it.
