why do I get the feeling this motor isn't going to last? I mean hell, wasn't it your bright idea to hog the ******* **** out of your supercharger and a lot of people accused that as being the reason your motor blew?
I'll figure this out. Probably something with cams, I pulled the valve cover off, and all the finger followers are all in place properly. Its running a 110 LSA. I don't understand it, my EGT was about 1450 degrees too. So I don't know.
I'm not trying to **** cam off, I'm just trying to show concern like everyone else. With all the time and money put into the car now, Every little detail should be scaled to find the problem. hell, Someone please go take a look at it, a fresh set of eyes might see something that you didn't see!
Please. I'm not an infant. The motor can easily handle 24 psi, the intake temps were actually not that bad, because the intercooler was leaking just a little bit, spraying a little bit of water into the motor, literally like water injection, either that or it was just working very well. Ignition timing was only 15, with 100 octane gas, AFR was 11.3, and EGT was ~1450. Those are all acceptable parameters. If the motor blew up under those conditions, I'd be pissed. I just wish I had some money to buy a 2.9" pulley already.

I'm not positive its spitting water into the cylinders. The intercooler maintains a decent temp, the IAT2 during cruising on a 100 degree day is in the 115-120 range.
My EGT while cruising is 850-1000 degrees, if its running REALLY rich on that day, it might be 1100. At idle its around 800. Once I get that ******* O2 sensor bullshit figured out, the EGT's should finally cool down, since it won't be running 12.5-13.2 AFR 100% of the time.
Finally received HP Tuners today, and also finally popped my cherry... the 8000 rpm cherry that is. It sounds unbelievable! Just amazing, words can't describe it. If there is no **** talking I may post a vid of a quick jaunt up to 8200.
