oh btw i was messin with my turbo and the bearings are good with no shaft play but the seals are gone..lol someone left the end shaft nut lose so i tightend them back up and its spins freely with no play and noise.but like i said i pourd oil in the port and oil came out the turbine housing

Also its been 2 years and I've done a hell of a lot more than pistons and rods, perhaps you over looked the full crank machining, neutral balance shafts, fully ported head, custom cams, valves, valve springs, retainers, new clutch, and new axles. Does non of that stuff count?

i'd like to say "just get her done" but i cant. at least this hair-brain plan has the ability to kinda support the power you were after in the first place...sorta.

 

Luckily I have the help of a good friend of mine, who has access to a CNC tube bender. My turbo manifold will most likely be an equal length, mandrel bent (1 piece of pipe), 1 3/4" header. So it will be the best setup possible. I realize there will be more lag than with a single turbo, but at this point just the thought of a twin turbo cobalt is freakin awesome. Plus, I could always do a 100 shot of nitrous with a variable spray setup based on map (sprays less as boost increases, until it stops spraying at full boost).

 

Way to fail on the request. You have nothing to show after two years and thats why I'm here. Not a track pass not a dyno not even a fictional story of some car you beat on the street. You've failed man give it up your project is never going to amount to anything.

a sing outlet flange would be massively hard and require an amazing machine, epically amazing, amazing to the point that i've never seen one that'll fit the bill.

adding the pipe routing and bend complexity that'll be needed to support a 2nd outlet flange is just going to add a huge chunk of difficulty onto a project thats going to be plenty hard.

we'll see.
