Dick riding and cheerleading is a hobby now? Man the times have changed. Maybe things will be different if I wait two more years to come back into this thread.
Keep letting the cheerleaders keep your hopes afloat but im almost positive even after you "finish" your build the success will be short lived. You should have put a stock motor back in that car and left it alone. I'll check back in on this thread in another year or so and see what your up too.

oh btw i was messin with my turbo and the bearings are good with no shaft play but the seals are gone..lol someone left the end shaft nut lose so i tightend them back up and its spins freely with no play and noise.but like i said i pourd oil in the port and oil came out the turbine housing

Thats quite possibly one of the dumbest things you've ever said. So all I have to do post a 300 whp dyno sheet? Well **** I'll go and have them set up the dyno so its reads 300 whp no matter what.
Point being, dyno numbers mean nothing.

ahahha only took you a year to impresses everyone on here. Atleast I can look at your sig and see the achievements I look at B4B's and its just an overwhelming disappointment and empty dreams.
Luckily I have the help of a good friend of mine, who has access to a CNC tube bender. My turbo manifold will most likely be an equal length, mandrel bent (1 piece of pipe), 1 3/4" header. So it will be the best setup possible. I realize there will be more lag than with a single turbo, but at this point just the thought of a twin turbo cobalt is freakin awesome. Plus, I could always do a 100 shot of nitrous with a variable spray setup based on map (sprays less as boost increases, until it stops spraying at full boost).
any who, this manifold design you speak of is interesting.
your gonna try to bend thick wall 321SS into as complex of a design as its going to take to make this plan work out??

a sing outlet flange would be massively hard and require an amazing machine, epically amazing, amazing to the point that i've never seen one that'll fit the bill.
adding the pipe routing and bend complexity that'll be needed to support a 2nd outlet flange is just going to add a huge chunk of difficulty onto a project thats going to be plenty hard.
we'll see.
