any who, this manifold design you speak of is interesting.

your gonna try to bend thick wall 321SS into as complex of a design as its going to take to make this plan work out??

wowzers.....

a sing outlet flange would be massively hard and require an amazing machine, epically amazing, amazing to the point that i've never seen one that'll fit the bill.

adding the pipe routing and bend complexity that'll be needed to support a 2nd outlet flange is just going to add a huge chunk of difficulty onto a project thats going to be plenty hard.

we'll see.

:shameless plug:

your forgetting another such person......

:patsselfonback:
Well its going to be two seperate flanges. 2 cylinders for each turbo. It will be difficult, but I think it will still be less expensive than BUYING a single turbo. That **** is ridiculously expensive (for my budget). I will never be able to afford a single turbo without sponsorship.

Cam how much are those turbos worth that you have? you can't pick up a 50 trim for like $600? should be getting tax returns soon too if the turbos aren't worth a damn.

if low cost is truly that important to you, go for an e-bay 60-1.

DBB and all! ~$260

better then old DSM turbos.

Exactly what Darksun is trying to say. You bit off more than you can chew. Cut your losses and start over. Maybe a Honda for your budget?

Destined to fail.

His mind set is just as dumb as it was when he blew his motor. You would have thought he grew up alittle but thats not the case at all. B4b just surrounded him self with other noobs who havepics of turbos on there desk collecting dust and he continues on.

I'm too burried in the car to sell it. Sell is not even an option, so my only option is to keep going.

I realize now your just saying the most ridiculous stuff you can think of just to get a reaction out of me. I fell for it at first, but I figured your little game out.

Regardless, what the **** do you care what I do anyway? Don't you have your own **** to worry about?

^^^LMAO^^^

P.S. Upon closer inspection, one of the turbine shafts is broken, so twins is out. Prolly gonna shoot for a Turbonetics GT-K 550, or 60-1.

+1 respect point given back since your droping the twins idea when you know your on a budget.

GTK 550 was what i wanted to get but then realized it was a very nice looking turbo that would just be hidden behind my block. That turbo deserves to be top mounted. 60-1 is old school and gest the job done cheap. My ceramic bearing one cost 1k but a reg jurnal one is 600 like everyones been saying. Plus it will kick even a 3076 in the teeth once over 25 psi. 35r owns it though.....

Can I make 400 whp on 91 octane with 9.5:1 compression is my question. I also want a relatively decent spool time (I've given up on my "ideal" spool time)?

91 octane.........yuck. with meth yeah. Meth is one of my best purchases saved me so much in race gas and octane booster trying to keep knock away.

your motor could hit 400 with out breaking a sweat. after seeing paul do it on his 60-1 i knew.

since your motors built you really shouldn't go smaller then like 60 trim, 3076, BWxxx. your gonna need a race turbo

eh 60-1 will do the job easily go ceramic ball bearing., borg warner s256 is a nice choice too, turbonetics GTK series are more than just a pretty turbo though. Those things are close to works of art. I'd love to slap a GTK550 on my car (and cam I might be willing to give you a good deal on my turbo lol) GTK's run Billet wheels, anti surge housings and a whole bunch of other little goodies to bring efficiency up.
Either way, save some cash, buy the right parts, and that motor will see 400whp easy.
**** If I was running your ported head and valve setup, I'd probably be breaking 400whp @17psi or so.
