Lol ya a big block head may work perfect!
I wouldn't really say there's any set anything to make a 1900 worth while. But as I stated before, from all the builds I've seen, the only motor I could see loving that 1900 is Tjolleys. 2.4 stroker, HUGE ports, GMR cams, 12.5:1 compression, girdled block, huge weight shaved from the crank. That motor is straight up bad ass.

Now that would be fun! Wouldn't do that either on a Gen 1 block though lol. Well ya could for a while. But you're on borrowed time.
so lets clarify something here. yes you edged me out barely. even then til we officially go down a track or honk it off it really isnt official. i just want you to consider this. 180 000 + hard km on stock clutch and hubs. just imagine what the results might have been if they were new with no slipping. secondly imagine if i removed that big old sub box out of the trunk. you remember the one that takes up the whole trunk and must weight almost 100 lbs.
just some food for thought. not excuses, but more or less something for you to think about that would have changed the out come. just like when you say if you cranked up the tune by advancing timming or give you a pound or 2 more boost. i also have small things i can change.
in short i am saying that no one has no one covered.

whats that? is there something wrong with what i said? it dont take a rocket scientist to figure out why i eased into boost or short shifted. considering i did these things and i still was right beside a bolted and tuned tc. just saying. telling me i dont deserve some credit or respect jon? if i recall you made some excusses when i beat the 454 too. however the difference being i never called you out. i wouldnt do that to my friend.
just so you know jon these pulls we had ressembled you and me with the 454.

Slapbetcommissioner has a ZFR to bolt on to his car in the spring. I'm not worried one bit. I'll still smash it. Remember my motor internals aren't stock and I'll be spinning to 8k haha.
And I'd do a stealth heat exchanger far before a single pass. Better gains and it nearly as expensive.
