I just had a few sensors and wiring harnesses completely rebuilt in my car, was having issues with boost and whatnot, but right now she seems to pull harder than ever, and they replaced my intercooler under warranty. I think they may have finally got something right in there! Saw ya down on SG one Sunday driving, gave ya a little wave too.

well took a spin to the valley last night to get data logged by jerren again. HPT is still showing my car with up to 9* knock :| must be that intake, i suspected a bad batch of gas last time however i am on a new tank from another station now and still showing lots of knock ... going to go completely back to stock (- GMS1 obviously ) and see if the knock is still there...
G damn turboed balts lol nothing is ever as easy as it looks or seems K&N isn't supposed to mess with fuel trims at all but mine are all over the place STFT is + / - 10, and LTFT is like +7
i did a few new corvet and camaro this year and almost all of them show knock whit the stock tune
you got to tune it out dont means there a problem whit the car
just if it knocks it will pull the timing out and lower the hp i think gm did it so you can install aftermarket part on the car if you doo it wont run properly

yeah makes sense but isn't 9* of knock quite a lot? i mean the only aftermarket part is an intake that isn't supposed to affect fuel trims (most report it showing better trims than the stock air box) also, why would i lean out way more than the GMS1 commanded AFR ? GMS1 commands 14 AFR in the mid range i see as lean as 16 at times, which im no tuner but isn't 16 REALLY lean ?
That ewwwy dodge(pic any of the 3) would chew ur slobalt up any day of the week. People can't have any respect for any other vehicles but the ones they own. And btw I did have a ss/sc, and got rid of it for a reason.

That is the same reason we got rid of the cobalt and got a nissan then a dodge because we have more whp then putting 6 grand or more into parts for that pos..u put on part on and tons breaks on it

Yeppy for you buddy !! Who cares ?? I don't !!! My car can only runs a 13.8 @ 105.5 with NO SLICKS !! Say what you want about slobalts !! But i have a neon as well. Like cobalts ! They ARE GARBAGE !!! My car is every bit as fast as a stock srt4. Though i will admit i had to add the GM stage 2 and an intake as well as a better tune to pull on one. How ever, even a stg1 srt isnt that fast. Srt's SUCK just as much as any other econo **** box!! GAY ASS DODGES !!! YOU MAKE ME LAUGH!!

P.s- Im sure platinum was only joking when he said EWWW........ BUT IM NOT !!! YOUR CAR SUCKS !!
yeah i was just joking! i raced a srt-4 few days after i got my balt ..... and they're impressive, but i'd rather have my 2 door sports car then a 4 door grocery getter on steroids anyday, don't really like how the neon is laid out anyway power windows in the front manual in the rear that is GAY

I'd love to own an srt-4.. they put down good number alot cheaper then the Cobalts. With a set of eye lids and a huge fmic they look pretty damn mean too. Just because it looks like a neon doesn't mean ****.
Ok a neon is just as cheap as a balt and breaks just as much ive read srt forum threads... Anyways got my car back today with the new engine. Boosts fine runs fine but is lacking the power it used to have.. Seems a bit more laggy and slower.. Hoping its just relearning and breaking in.. Ill know more when the breakin period is over..

Well.... I get my new bpv put in tomorrow morning..... I'm hoping that this fixes my issue.... If it doesn't I'm going back to stock as much as I can..... Then the problem will be in gms hands. Keeping fingers crossed!!!!
