This is cool that you're trying a different supercharger. ZZP was supposed to be trying the M90 but they never did it. They never posted in their thread again. Whats the lowest size pulley that you can run with this SC?

I know... I was waiting for them to show what results they had for comparison.

Depends on your setup... the blower is rated to peak efficiency by 14,000 s/c rpm. That's 6500 engine rpm on a 3" pulley, which is my setup. Like any blower, it can be over spun.

I'm @ 25 psi w/ a ported manifold and a full header back exhaust

very nice numbers considering. I like how the peak tq is close to peak hp. Funny to see that in an SC application.

huh? Peak Tq is NOT higher than Peak HP.

FYI to anyone that DID NOT NOTICE. He only revved to 6500rpms. Granted he was losing tq pretty fast, but still. There is A LOT left in this.

I'm opening the doors folks

If you have the build that flows better and revs higher. By all means, pick up a MP90 and try it for yourself. (sounds like that scene for P.F. Flyers in the movie sandlot haha: "Run faster, jump higher.")

I'd love to see what this blower would do on ZZP's 2.3 stroker.. omfg
They make crap for trq on that little m62...

Hell this is on stock valve springs @ 25psi!!! wonder what it would pick up just from adding a set of 78# springs.

ecotec heads are horrible in port design. ported and stock.

you could have done the same power on the m62 with a different header and a cat back

::shrugs::

my personal opinion, i would have spent the money in the right places from day one.

anywho, live and learn.

Yea I was scratching my head on that one too. He's definitely no floating any valves or anything crazy. Hell, he only revved to 6500rpms.

I just don't see how my old 2.7 on this very dyno would of gained 35-50whp more just by putting a mid length or shorty on w/ a 3" dp and 3" catback.

I'm sure I could of leaned on the 2.7 setup harder, but it was already @ 12.0-12.1 afr up top @ 24.5*

I see that. I was just stating how I tune my car. granted, I richen up sooner than that. but still, mine starts of lean at 3k, then richens up by 4-4500. Flatlines from there up to 6500, then richens up another .5 from 6500 to 8k.

But apparently tuning like that makes no difference. So blah.
