haha No phantom Cobalts at the plant, but the tour and turnout was awesome! Sucks you guys couldn't go.. I'm posting my pics in a thread, so i'll link them here for you all to enjoy..

Soo I was driving to Pittsburgh last night and I saw a new black Lamborghini cruising down RT22. The guy turned off in front of me onto the Parkway, and took off... The exhaust sounded like pure sex...

Then over by McFaddens on the North Shore there was a silver Rolls Royce Phantom...

It's pretty rare to see that nice of cars around these parts...

 

I see a lot of nicer cars fairly often. Monroeville has a few, as does South Side and Oakland/Squirrel Hill. About 5 years ago there were 2 R-34 GT-Rs running around the area, both CMU students.

 

I saw one of those on Friday night in South Hills along with a yellow 08 SS/SC that looked like he wanted to race me in the middle of traffic on 51 LOL

Yes.. .the Yellow cobalt was quite interesting.... no furhter comment on that.

Great new EVO crushing a few cars out there as well.

These flashlight drags were at the greene county airport ( waynesburg ).

Next weekend it's back to Zelienople.

 

I might be coming to the one next weekend with a few members.. We'll have to see how it goes.. What's the date?

if its like Greene county's race.... gates open @ noon and racing starts around 2....

The big dogs, import & street challengers race after 5-ish....

$6 to spectate... not sure about running ... Matt would know.

There was some really funny races there... that red Pro-street GP... SLOWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

The dodge Dakota that was slow, and then got booted for doing a burnout in the lane leading up to the stage... FUNNY... happenend RIGHT in front of me...

 

I took Dennis on the first run

2nd run, I was spinning bad in first, let off a bit and the trans shifted into 2nd, when I stepped on it again, the trans decided it liked 2nd gear better... so I watched as Dennis pulled away.

Rest of the day I manually shifted 1-2 so that I could control wheelspin in first.

I heard the announcer say that was smart, your outta here, didnt see the actual burnout... wtf was his problem?

Gates @ noon, racing 2-6pm, Racers $30, spectators $6.

 

His problem was genetics...lol

He was the SLOW Dark green lowered Dakota.... he was having idle issues and it almost stalled... so he stomped on it... and it lit the tires... and he stayed in it... only about 200 feet from the announcer...lol

BTW.... as lof tomorrow evening... I'll be the owner of a 2002 Z06.... Millenium Yellow...

I'll be bringing it out to North park this weekend but won't be running it... think I'm driving my cousin's WRX... EMT tires FTL in autocross.

I've been wanting a Corvette for a LONG time, and the Z is the perfect car for me.

 

Yellow Z06 FTW. Honestly. Congrats for sure.
