Official Base Model Thread
Maybe its been asked, i havent followed your issue too closely. Are you sure its not like the fuel injectors, or something else? Can you use a scope to identify the problem more closely. My 80's click a lot at idle.

Man looking at the two you can really see that spec was slipping. Looks like my spool little quicker, your power comes on nice and smooth. And you can see in both ours how the 2.2 gets burst of power at about 5800-6000 rpms. Hoping to get her back on the dyno with in that next month
so i noticed today my car started acting up.. at idle it will go lean then bounce to rich and go back and fourth but at wot and crusing it stays within 13.0-15...retune time?
Ok I dialed in the coilovers as far as I could go.
I rolled the rear arches...but they need to be pulled soooo bad. The XXR's have insane backspacing. I can't slam the car until the rear fenders are pulled. So the the drop is conservative by stance. The pictures I've taken all make the drop look bad. But in person the thing is slammed.

What doesn't help is that base models don't have a body kit so it STILL looks like it sits high.

my tune is a little unstable at idle, sometimes it swings sometimes it dosent, if you can get someone to tune it via HPT i would suggest it. Nothing against vince, his tunes on the TC's are great but it seems like everything else is hit and miss.
i would have to agree with that, plus having someone next to ur car and seeing it react always gives u a better feeling
