Like I said, you sound just like a typical V8 owner. Let's do the math. I did 335whp/350ft.lbs. on a 75 shot and 93 octane. In this race and and ALL last weekend I was running a 150shot and C16. If you're smart enough you know that makes an easy 420-430whp. Easily. Put into the equation that my Redline is clearly making more power, more broadly than the Z06 with the cam in it and you tell me why you are having such a hard time believing what happened. And a stock C5 Z06 is a waste of my time even on a 75 shot. It's only making the same whp as I would be. Do the math genius.

Also, if you can read HPT logs I'll be glad to pm my log from that night to you. It's 57min long. The race against the Vette starts in 3rd at 54mph at 38:29.390 and by the time I let off in 5th at 139mph it is 38:46.886, a mere 17.496 seconds to get from 54 to 139 starting in 3rd gear with the wind pushing big front end of the Redline. I'm not sure where you come from, but that's a pretty good sign a car is making damn good power.

Also, at the flashlight drags on Sunday in Waynesburg (which is about 800ft we estimate) I raced an old ass Vette. The log from that race shows me starting at 3:46.543 and getting across the line doing 97mph at 3:55.539, this was done with ridiculous tire spin and I didn't lay into full throttle until about 1.5 seconds after I got the car rolling. Under 9 seconds to get to 97mph, and 4.9 to get to 60 with peak torque of about 450 ft.lbs. being available at like 3500rpm on the bottle. It's ridiculous how you can't fathom this.
