I'm soon 2 be screwed!

I found the problem finally! It was a combination between my stupidity and the instructions lacking a minute detail. The instructions will be fixed so nobody else runs into this issue.
So you guys really want my opinion now?
HOW THE HELL DOES 22+ PSI SOUND TO YOU? IT FELT FREAKING AWESOME TO ME AS I HAD TO HANG ONTO THE STEERING WHEEL TO KEEP CONTROL OF THE BEAST! MY STOCK BOOST GAUGE WENT PAST 20PSI, PAST THE AUTOMETER LOGO, AND PAST THE PSI LOGO! ALL THIS AND I'M STILL RUNNING RICH AT 10.0-10.7 A/F RATIO! DID I MENTION THE CURRENT TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE IS 100* AS WELL! DEFINITELY WORTH THE MONEY GENTS. IT PULLED SO HARD I WOULD HAVE BLOWN THE DOORS OFF MY OLD SETUP WITH THE 2.6" PULLEY EVEN UNTUNED!

Now to some real tuning and dyno number.

just because you're a/f ratio looks fine at whatever you want it to be, and you're not showing knock at WOT. does not mean you're car is perfect. what some people have no clue about is how hot the cylinder temps are. i have seen way to many cars destroy themselves, and the owners look puzzled at the data logs. they look perfect. first words out of my mouth are "what were the egt's?"

I want to personally thank Jmc007 for actually giving me the idea to take another look at the vacuum lines again. It was unclear in the instructions as what to do with the vacuum lines from the boost solenoid after you disconnect them. The intake manifold vacuum line goes straight to the bypass valve and the boost solenoid gets both lines taken off of it. Since the stock bypass has a vacuum line and a boost control solenoid line attached to it, and the new bypass only has one vacuum line spot the other line has to be removed. Basically the bypass wasn't working correctly, so there was no power to be had.
I don't think that 22+ psi is a bad thing because this blower operates at a lot cooler temperature, and the IAT2's are lower. It's not the boost/cfm's that is kills these cars, it's the heat.
Also, I had to disconnect my methanol as it was getting sucked into the manifold past the now faulty check valve. I can't wait to add that back into the mix and tune it all up. She's an animal for sure now. Videos should come tonight after I ship out my stock parts to a few individuals that have been very patient with me so far.
Area47, why do I need an EGT gauge? I have a wideband that is very accurate, so I'm not really seeing the point in the EGT since they essentially will tell me the same info, just in a different way.

THis is great. glad to see some real boost happening.
2 questions.
what are your IAT's?
This S/C has a bypass as well. so fuel efficiency can be maintained? (for those wondering I have a goal of 12's or better with 40mpg or better. currently getting 46mpg on the highway with tuning. pretty good eh. likely 13.5sec 1/4 too)

Yes it comes with a bypass, we wanted to build a fuel efficient monster

the head and valve will melt before the pistons do.
you are pushing the limits of the motor. monitor anything an everything you can.
if you're running below 11.0 on a/f. the cylinder temps are screamin hot. i will bet money on it. a/f only tells you so much. egt will show you were you sit on timing, and how much room you have to play with before meltdown.
im at 17.5 psi. after a 140 mph run this weekend the highest my egt got was 1425. this was runnin 11.3 a/f and 25-26 degree's of timing.
im not saying this as a know it all. im saying this because i hate to read posts about people blowing engines

We could care less about all the extra power!!
Great job guys, and great job Billy, I am sure your videos will make peoples decide if they want this kit or not.....When are you going to bring it to a dyno to see what kind of numbers it makes??

I will take a video tonight during a quick tuning session. The car runs great as of right now, just a tad on the rich side. I'll lean her out a bit tonight, but I'm not going to push it. I'm thinking a 11.5 across the board will be just fine for me. I haven't datalogged yet with the car running full power since I just went home and fixed it on my lunch break and on the way back to work is where I opened it up a bit. I know all you guys want numbers like yesterday, but I need to take my time with this stuff to ensure it is all perfect before throwing it on the dyno. I would also like to reinstall my methanol kit to alleviate some more heat/increase octane to be on the safe side.
Area47, I'll look into the EGT gauge if the funds permit it. Thanks for the heads up and insight as the real use for the gauge. I learned something new today!

Nice to hear it is living up to your expectations.

thats what im here for man
remember, methonal injection will add more fuel to the system. so you will be able to get away with more, and still be in that "safety zone" perse'

Alright gents. Now that I've taken care of some business that I needed to attend to, I'm going to grab some grub and go to my secluded location for some tuning and maybe a video if I can.

VIDEO TIME! ! If you have a problem with the quality or clearness I apologize. The last video I did was all by myself driving and recording at the same time. The only thing I have to record them on is my Kodak Digital Camera, so I did the best I could. These are all untuned as I need to take away just a bit down low and add a bit up top still. Enjoy!
Cruising down the road with a hint of the whine! That's what I hear all the time now eve in vacuum!
