DAMN JBJ Pro Performance does not play 7K on the car and its getting procharged!

the belt is not tight it is on there to make sure it is getting aligned correctly...etc

Looks sick for sure, and yeah i tried to tell the Redline guys it fit just fine and if it will fit a Cobalt ppfftt the ion guys have it made! I am just amazed how clean it looks and imagine if you had a polished blower in there with the bracket polished (6061 T-6 polishes nice) with chrome piping...straight up

Also It looks like the windshield washer bottle is going to have to be relocated..
I think urethane mounts are sufficient. If the urethane allows less movement than the torque damper can in the first place if you have both of them the torque damper probably doesn't even have to work that much.

No air to air just the stock intercooler. Its just the mockup thats a c2 but both will work.

Is there a way you can clock it so you could just a tight "u" bend or 2 90*'s and plum it to the intake for the shortest route possible? Looks great by the way. Almost looks too simple!

Did you have to cut the radiator support to make it fit?The edges look aittle rough.

As for piping it will be a nice smooth 90 degree bend down to a 45 then straight to the TB! can you say 36" of piping! yeah it will be very short and 36" is probaby the longest it will be! also JBJ said the procharger pulley sits in the stock location of the Roots Blower! very sick!

There is a bit of a clearence issue but its no big deal. Its room for engine movement.

Also the pipe will go straight to the throttle body as speedmafia has said.

Yeah we will be using a tight fit intake rubber fitting that i use on MAF systems on the ION and run either a 4" CAI with a fatty K&N Air Filter on the end...

The Air Filter we used for Bc3tech will be updated shorty with this same setup but for 03-04 IAT cars it will look sick!

Good deal. Where exactly is the MAF going in this whole system, and are you using a recirculating BOV or an atmospheric BOV?

We are still deciding if we want to utilize the LS1 MAF setup and Atmospheric BOV or Recirculation setup those are in the air and what is going to give is the best performance and long term results.

Have any idea's let us know

Yes it will bolt right up only parts different from the 2.2L ION is....

ION 2.0LSJ ProCharger Kit Includes

Intake Manifold Adapter
FMIC w/Mandrel Bent Piping 2.5"
All Silicone Hosing with Clamps
BOV
CAI w/K&N
6061 T-6 Bracket w/Mounting Block
C-1 or Opt for a C-2
Pulley Size (how much PSI you looking for you choose)(on ChevyTech we are going 2.95)
Misc Parts, Bolts, Washers, Tie's, vacuum Hose...etc

Remember you have more room in the Redline then the Cobalt guys so install for sure will be no more then 2 hrs!

Then after test drive and make sure belt is lined up it and a spin around the block on 1-2psi...start tuning!

I want to make some great power and I have heard the turbo kits that are being worked on sound promising with power and all and thats what im looking for 350whp+ any help or opinions would be nice.
