i think he means in the sense of power coming on gradually and not all at once. even though our turbo setups are doing 200-350whp more than the average m62 setup hahahah.

i've gotten lucky with my trans so far. on race gas and pump gas its held up to about 20 dyno pulls and many 2-5 wot pulls.

Ha u mean your turbo setup and zzps cars. and its a proven fact that INTIONALLY the power comes on harder on a blowered car than a turbo car, anyone that tries to argue that needs to do some research

yes intially. but you aren't going to break much if anything on a sub 300hp setup. our power may come on gradually(still pretty damn quick) but we far surpass what blower setups do. not just mine and zzp cars. but anyone thats turbo

so a blower that's making 150hp maybe on launch vs a turbo that's doing 150hp on the launch
then a blower that's making 250 down the track vs a turbo that's making 400 down the track
hmm

people can say all they want about oh well i got a s/c so the powers there faster.....no....it's all about proper sizing per application....i can't keep mine out of boost without monitoring it all the time, prob takes till 3k at the most for spool of 12psi and that's not even wot. what's a s/c make at 12psi? oh 200. turbo? 100 more hp? hmm
at the end of the day, a s/c doesn't belong on a 4cylinder.

ive personally have been sitting in a turbo lsj that spun tires on 60 rolls lol. ask blassin, he knows since he was the tuner that day lol. and the power might not be as instant but when it hits it pulls like a mother***r lol

what people fail to realize is that boost off the s/c is not exactly instant either. builds to a peak like a turbo....sure if youre in the right gear its there, but so is a properly sized turbo..may be a tad slower to reach the desired boost, but youre not robbing hp off the motor to begin with with a turbo so.

this is correct. i remember the only difference from been supercharged was that at wot you feel an stant pull because it just starts with higher boost than a turbo would, when the turbo just takes like a bit longer to catch that full amount of boost, but still the difference is minimun in an apropiate sized turbo

heres a quick one from a 30 roll. 30 cause i wanted to show my buddy how slow the spool was from down there in 2nd. but you can still see the wheel movin pretty good. now imagine it at 140 and pulling just as hard hahah
