I have a rewire and brfps already, and dual pumps is on the list. Im not too worried about the .82 A/R, I rev to 8k, so a few hundred rpm slower spool wont hurt me too much. If it becomes annoying, I will just swap the housing, NBD.

Glad to hear the 1000's will be enough.

$1k is a lot. when i was doing my build i was contemplating 198s right off the bat, ryan said it would only be another $500.

try www.TheBoostLab.com or RacePartSolutions - Fast Parts At Discount Prices

Yea I see them listed on zzp's site but would rather buy them elsewhere... Ill keep looking $1k is just too much, the boost lab only had 1600cc nothing larger.

is that specific to just the lsj in general or b/c of the turbo, because I've put it in the oil of all of my other vehicles w/out a problem? Of course, I change the oil immediately afterwards...

I'm sure it wouldn't hurt, just don't see the point of it in the oil. When my pan was off @ 65k miles everything looked perfect.

I havent seafoamed the cobalt since it has been turbo'd, I did do it with the SC on and I put it through the oil, you just run the engine for a few minutes and then shut it off and drain. I also used it on my DSM that was turbo and it wasnt an issue. Did the same thing as far as in the oil pan. just make sure you get it all out.

AJ if you get the ID 1000 talk to Ryan and I. After having them for a few months I have learned a-lot about making them run well.

I heard the 1000s were a lil sketchy, that the 725s and 2000s are smoother and easier to tune, but if they work well for you, then thats great.

Ive had no issues with the ID1000's. Been running them for about 7k miles. Only thing Ive noticed is that if my rpms drop low while im taking off from a stop the fuel trims will drop really rich for a split second, but I assume thats because they are huge injectors trying to stay alive at <700 rpms lol doesnt affect driveability at all. However, Ive spent lots of time tuning them and have taken a lot of tips from Bryan (area47)

kool, I have no personal experience with them. Just read a few things, but tuning changes everything. They may have been set up incorrectly.

Yea, I have talked to Ryan about it a bit. He sent me some of the tables to start with for them already too. I want to come take a look at your car again soon, since we have pretty much the same turbo (basically), and I want to see how you ran the coolant lines. I have a good idea how I will do them, but would be nice to see how yours is done.
