Keep in mind I have the ATI OD on it too.

Not a tuning issue from what we can see. I'm on a 100% stock fuel system with 80s.

Walbro 450lph is likely the pump i'm getting. Should give me plenty of headroom.

I know plenty who have run a 2.8 80s stock fuel system on e85 and run it to 7k no problem your tune is off and if it was a 2.7 it would not run out at 4,000 rpms either

I second this. Lots of people are fine on just 80s and e and 2-7 to 2.9

I know of one with a head, and he was going to low 7's.

I'm experiencing the same issue Jap had in the past before he did his fueling upgrades. Granted the 05s had a weaker factory pump IIRC.

But at 4k?
I thought jap was running out of fuel up top? (Before the new setup)

He did have some cut-out issues at 4k-5K which is why he went with JP's surge tank.

Its hard to explain. It was intermittent. It's like the canister had been sucked dry. Happened during highway pulls.

This has me thinking though, maybe it is tune related. Jap is travelling but i'll see if I can get him to shed some input as he was the one logging.

You'll know when the canister is dry, trust me lol. And it won't happen at anything under 125mph from a pull starting at 40 or below. Agreed though, shouldn't be hitting 100% IDC even with your mods at 4k, unless there is a restriction.

Appreciate all the input. Maybe the fuel filter is plugged. Haven't changed it in a couple years.

You can't have 100% idc and go lean if it's the tune's fault.
It doesn't work that way.

Something else is definitely up with delivery pre injector though. Filter is a good easy place to start.
