talked with vince, he said its all normal to see that with all i have done before tuning
i will be meeting with him tuesday to work on it...until then she gets to rest some more :P

Ok, so, NWAE scared me with his car today. Granted, I've done lots of cammed 2.2s remotely but this is the first one I've had the privilege of riding in. Holy crap did that car move out, and it's not even fully dialed in yet... Can't wait to see where we get with it.

ok i dont kno much about engine stuff, buy y not get higher compression pistons also? i might be going NA cuz my cars resale value is crap, so i was thinking the same lines as urs, but w/ eagle connecting rods and higher compression pistons(didnt see them in ur parts list)

 

cause that would require pulling the block apart, havent gotten that far yet

 

haha makes sense, so how much do u think that would help? as far as HP goes?

pretty much, steve and i were troubleshooting that, we are pretty sure it is partially because my o2 sensor was out and no fuel tables were changed...so vince is going to do that thurs

its not too bad hahaha (its really loud) but i r luvvvs it!

 

I think we all expected it to be loud, but I didn't expect it to sound good. I love the sound of the cams, I didn't think it would make a 4 banger sound that good. I bet it moves too. Get that thing tuned and break into them 14's!

btw all...i hit 180.16 whp with an 11.xx afr, so they tell me when vince gets that to about 13-14 i should be seeing approx 185-192ish
