Is that BS or no? cause im running a bit more than 330 and just starting to max out my 60s
Turbo/sc are quite different in how efficiently they make power, therefore sc needs a far bigger injector at the same whp level. You will be fine with 80s

Somebody buy my turbo kit!

i was just curious, because im pretty sure I flow a lot more air than a tvs but i dont know. what flow rates can the tvs support?

330whp is close to maxing out the 80's on the stock returnless system on a TVS ON E85.

And for comparisons sake, we made 508 with 80's on Jon's car with just a slight bump in fp. Probably would have made 480ish on stock pressure.

wow, 508 :0 i am running an AFR of about 11.7 when its 80 degrees out. in the morning, my WOT AFR is like 12.6, maybe 58-60 degrees out.

isnt that too much variation?

Hit the dyno last week to play around a little. It's a local shop so they let me rent out some time on the cheap I'm adding some wastegate spring pressure since it won't hold over 27-28 lbs to redline. I just thought I'd turn it up until it wouldn't sustain pressure, which I figured would be about 30 lbs, so I was close. I'll go back with some more boost at some point.

Keep in mind I wasn't expecting to get any high numbers because this is a dyno dynamics that seems to run 12-13% lower than a dynojet. My TVS setup that made 370whp on a dynojet made 328whp on this dyno. For comparison in the past few weeks they had a stock ZL1 make 462whp, Boss 302 with track key made 327whp, I/H/big cam LS3 vette made 408whp, Procharged LS3 vette on 9lbs made 509whp, and D1SC LS1 WS6 on E85 and 8 psi made 515whp.

On the dynojet on 23 lbs with a bad pump only able to rev to 7300 I made 508whp in 4th gear. Last week on the dyno dynamics doing 3rd gear pulls on 24 lbs and proper fueling and full rpm range I made 481whp/346tq, on 28 holding 27 or so it made 518whp/417tq. The boost ramps a little more on lower boost and falls a little more on higher boost, but more spring pressure should fix that since I'm trying to more than double the spring pressure. What's cool is that during most of the pull it is making 60+whp more and at 6,000 rpms I am making ~90whp more on 28 than 24 lbs. I'll get the graphs to post up. We had the ramp rate set pretty low on the dyno so it wasn't too loaded up when out of boost, so it shows that it doesn't spool until right after 5k in 3rd, but I've posted screenshots of it on the street hitting 20psi by 4k, so don't let it seem too lazy

hey i need some advice guys.

has anyone ever run into an issue where your WOT AFR get too lean, even only within a 30-40 degree difference?
My car was tuned at for WOT 11.6 or so AFR when it was 90 out.

When its colder in the morning when i head to work, my WOT AFR is about 12.3 and its 60 out.

Why is my AFR changing so much? what can be wrong or how can we fix it with hp tuners?

Oh we have winter, just no snow. It'll still dip down in the teens and 20s.

next goal is to get those iats down. iat1 is good. iat2 is bad because i used the stock lsj manifold and i deleted the heat exchanger system. working on created my own system and use the stock endplate.
so ill have both air to air and liquid system.

I used a random heater core for the heat exchanger and made a filler neck. I just need a pump now. Just the stagnant water and the heater core have dropped city iat2s from 150 or so to 90-105.

i was running 25 psi and my clutch slipped every time it spooled up. I could either fork over a bunch of money for a 350 ft/lbs + clutch setup or try to get some more use out of this one.

I don't have much cash so I went the easy route. its not as fast but it still pulls very nicely.

Instead of writing a book, how about I ask what info you're looking for?

What serpentine belt do I get? I bought the zzp alternator kit off a local guy here and I think the belt is to short. Because it cracked my crank pulley.
