forget welding if you are at all worried about it. which seems to be a concern.

Drill tap, its strong and there is a great place on the pan to do it.

Oh heck I'm not worried about it. It's just a little more difficult toget it to look nice compared to billet.

Thank Gah for T bolt clamps now time to install them. Going to New York Sunday so tuning will have to be held off until i get back

Well the kid i bought it off of did the install and his buddy that tuned his is tuning me tomorrow. Everything is installed and runs good just cant hit boost. The second i didnt got the engine power reduced light. So now im just waiting on that tomorrow.

what boost controller are all of you guys running? I was originally going with a hallman but have been reading bad things about them, maybe I'll just go with the ZZP one.

i am using a turboxs HPBC. It lets you dial down boost spiking.

i've had the hallman on the car the whole time save for the first build. and zzp preferred the hallman to theirs lol. when i was up getting the engine refreshed last year or two years ago i had the old turbo kit in the trunk and they noticed the hallman and put it on.

pump gas will only take you so far. add some meth and you'll be able to take the engine to it's limits.

I would stick with a sealed system ran off vacuum till around 450whp. Then i'd go to a vented. No real proven reason why, completely pulled that out of my ass. I just feel that at higher hp levels I don't want that vapor back in the combustion chamber.
