I placed an order for an intake on the 4/16 and decided to cancel because i want to try some stuff on my own first. Sent them an email about this but have gotten no response. I thought I'd post here to see how people's experience with them have been in general and maybe catch the attention of the vendor. ;)

i had an item on back order but when i contacted them they were very professional and prompt to answer. i know they are closed on weekends tho. contacted them a few times and always got a responce

they have always had great customer service for me. fast and prompt shipping too

just give them a quick call, shouldn't be an issue.

which intake did you order. You ordered on a sunday so we wouldnt have gotten the order until monday.
