I placed an order over a week ago, and have not gotten shipment confirmation or anything. I called up the office, and was told the guy who handled the website wasn't in, but he'd return my call. That was last Monday. Wassup with that?

The order was made the night of may 2nd so we didn't get it until May 3rd . Your order is scheduled to go out this Thursday.

As the site states allow 5-10 business days as we are not open on saturdays normally...if by that time frame you do not receive a confirmation of shipment including a tracking number for your package then let us know and we will make sure to check up and ensure everything is good to go.
