View Full Version : Thank You Cobalt-Addiction.
Cobalt_SSTuner 08-27-2006, 10:02 PM I just wanted to say thank you to Donna and Kenny and everybody else at cobalt-addiction. I got my triple gauge pod in the mail on friday. And I ended up installing it at 2:30 in the morning when i got home. Installation took like 10-15 minutes, it is high quality and I am super happy with it. Only problem I had was finding a darn screw that doesn't stick out a whole lot. If anybody wants pics just let me know. :cssNET:
Thanks again to everybody at cobalt-addiction. :twothumbs

Yea, I'm ordering gauges later this week.
06blackg85ss 08-28-2006, 10:45 AM good shit... I"m also incorporating a sequential shift light into it too once I figure how to get a tach signal
Cobalt_SSTuner 08-28-2006, 10:48 AM yea, i wanna do the same thing also. I'm thinkin of getting a shift light from raptor performance.
R33P3R007 08-28-2006, 11:02 AM i will never have that ugly ass screw in my pillar. i will wait until something else is out. hopefully the steering colum dual pod they have is out soon.

Yeah that screw needs to get hidden. It kinda screams rice...no offense to anyone at C-A. I personally would alter the cover from the stock pilar and cut into the new pillar to fit the stock cover.
Cobalt_SSTuner 08-28-2006, 04:31 PM Yea, I'm not sure how I'm gonna hide the screw...I thought about trying to paint it, but that might not turn out too pretty.
b-spot 08-28-2006, 05:25 PM Looks like crap. The material looks nothing like stock, so it doesn't match the other pillar, and then you have your grade 8 shop project look topped off with an exposed screw.
Yuck.
06blackg85ss 08-28-2006, 05:28 PM well if anyone came out with anything better.. I'd like to see it... til then just gotta deal... and I"ll be doing something to hide the screw and look somewhat stock..
CobaltBurst 08-28-2006, 08:18 PM im really wanting to drive up and get a custom tune from CA... its a 6 hour drive though =/
06blackg85ss 08-28-2006, 08:32 PM ouch.... hey if you come for the dyno day it should be worth it... dyno .. tune... dinner... meet... can't go wrong with that
