Well lets say it has been at least 5 weeks and i still havent recieved my car cover for my cobalt ss/sc

wrote cobalt-addiction and they said it was going to be 2 more weeks like 3 weeks ago or so im not exactly sure but still i think its getting a little ridiculous of how long its taking for a little car cover to get shipped to my house..

I mean i understand that it takes time to build and that since there is only one company that makes them they are in a backorder but then i also think that your customer shouldnt be misinformed

IDK it just kind of upsets me

your thoughts??

yea this is the first time i am hearing about this.
also sometimes we are told things by the manufacturer and then they have a delay etc. so its not that we are misinforming you....its that we are being told one thing from the manufacturer which we relay to our customers.

i mean dont get me wrong people i love the customer service from cobalt-addiction they really do care about their customers but reason im getting frustrated is because my car is parked right now and i cant drive it for a lost license and having a car cover would make not have to detail the car every week

I was just writing that the manufacturer probably said two weeks three weeks ago. I'd hang in there and just try to get a hold of Kenny. I ordered something from him last week and it got to me a few days later. Great customer service from my experience. Good luck man!

I hear ya. Good luck and let us know how you make out with your license situation. Hang in there, I've been there before. Sucks to happen, but it's a great learning experience...

i will def look into this further for you. like i said...we do our best to let you know what the deal is, would never intentionally mislead you or misinform...but if we are misled (which believe me when i say it happens ofter as i am sure most vendors will agree with) we can only let you know the details we find out ....its a lot of leg work, phone calls to the manufacturers and hunting down the info we need.
also, when you deal with a manufacturer....you never get the same person on the phone...thats where i think vendors become misinformed. at least with vendors here, you know you will deal with one person all the time and not several who have no idea who you are because every day someone new is handling your call. hope that all makes sense...just trying to give you the business standpoint.

at any rate, im leaving my job now. will check and get back to you on PM tomorrow

dude all I gotta say is Cobalt-addiction is the best., they have always gone above and beyond anything I ever expected outta them... thats why they get all my money.... hahaha
